K.I.S - KEEP IT SIMPLE
My
experience when it comes to training and dieting has been growing
since my 20 years in the sport and I have worked out a method
that suits me and my body perfect. Everything started to come
together when I after a long road of different training methods
met Mr Dorian Yates, 6 times winner of Mr Olympia in January
2006.
He introduced me to the High intensity training and to Train
to failure method. I since then worked out a training plan from
his ideas that have given me the best result ever. I gained
8 lbs muscles from February to June 2006 and it improved my weaker
body parts tremendously.
The
method is based on a various training techniques that changes for every workout. The goal is to hit failure
with every body part. I do intense workout that last no
longer than 45 - 60 min. Lower sets and to failure reps in the last
set will fatigue your muscles without overtraining it. We mix it up with supersets, giant sets and drop sets. Your body will never know what will come from one workout to another,

K.I.S is a training plan that includes mainly basic movements
with free weights but with a input of some machine movements
as well. It also include the MJ K.I.S Back to basic diet plan.
It will never be easier to diet again. This basic and clean
diet resulted in my best shape ever for the Europa super show
2006. After been trying nearly every dietplan anyone ever has
invented since the middle of -90's to now, I went back to basic
again. My food consisted of more of clean whole foods with the
right balance of carbs, protein and fat. I did less cardio and
I had no cravings or hunger. The food intake ended up higher
than ever. The plan was to be ready 2 weeks from the show which
I succeeded and I was more hard and ripped than I ever been.
